What To Look for When Buying a Treadmill

1. The first thing would be cost.
2. Next is space, how much room do you have.
3. How much are you going to use the treadmill

There are several companies that make a good treadmill. Nordictrack, Proform, Tunturi,and Sole just to name a few. And some of them run specials, so if you are in the market for a treadmill those are some places to start.
But don't buy the first one you see. Use the guides on the left to make a good choice. A lot of people will purchase a treadmill for Christmas, planning to start their "diet" after the holidays.
When they do decide to use the treadmill they find out that the Cheap price they paid only got them a cheap treadmill...
